Annie joined Hanna IP in January 2025 as a trainee patent attorney, with a background in Chemistry. While at Hanna IP Annie will be assisting clients with their IP requirements, including the drafting and prosecution of patent applications across various technological areas.

Prior to joining Hanna IP,  Annie pursued her academic qualifications in the United States. Annie graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in 2024 with a MSc in Chemistry.

During her graduate studies, Annie worked on the design, synthesis and characterisation of novel cobalt complexes for the study of proton-coupled electron transfer reactions, as well as studying the proton transfer reaction kinetics for the above-mentioned cobalt complexes.

Additionally, prior to her MSc she graduated with a BSc in Chemistry and a Masters of Business Administration from Tusculum University in Tennessee in 2020 and 2021 respectively.
